Laulhère
Creative Direction & collection structuring
Supporting the long-term evolution of a heritage brand through creative direction and collection structure.
From 2018 to 2025, I led the creative direction of Laulhère’s summer and winter collections within the Martin de Siqueira agency, combining creative direction, collection structuring, and knitwear design.
Laulhère, a heritage brand, needed to evolve its product offering while maintaining its strong identity. The collections required clearer structure, stronger product coherence, and a more defined seasonal direction.
I structured the collections by defining key products, building coherent assortments, and establishing a clear seasonal vision.
Alongside this strategic work, I designed knitwear and accessories, conducted material and pattern research, and oversaw product development from concept to final execution.
I also contributed to the launch of the summer line and supported the development of the men’s collection, ensuring consistency across categories.
The collections became more cohesive, readable, and commercially relevant, while staying true to the brand’s heritage.
